Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software products and services provided by Foxhall Group, LLC ("Foxhall Group," "we," or "us"), including Property Manager Lite and Chapter Rides. By creating an account or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Services without our written permission
• Use the Services to harass, harm, or discriminate against others

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant Foxhall Group a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, and content created by Foxhall Group, are owned by Foxhall Group and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content without express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOXHALL GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO FOXHALL GROUP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
